Sandro Teixeira Salvador Ganda | sandro4business@gmail.com | +447353799506 | Wed Jun 24 11:00 AM | Fahad | Shahriyar | - | General Information About the Lead
- Lead: Sandro, 44 years old.
- Has worked for over 27 years and is motivated to build his own business rather than continue working for others.
- Currently operates his own accounting, administration, planning, and consultancy business from home.
- Previously held a senior position as Executive Director of the Angola–DRC Chamber of Commerce.
- Has business interests in Angola and is exploring additional ventures in Morocco.
- Interested in launching an international recruitment agency focused on placing workers from Angola and other African countries into UK opportunities.
- Main target sectors include healthcare (nurses), construction, and oil & gas professionals.
- Has already conducted significant market research and identified skills shortages in the UK.
- Strong understanding of business operations but limited experience with recruitment-specific processes and legislation.
- Primary motivation is both commercial and social impact—helping unemployed people access job opportunities.
- Recently recovered from illness, which was the main reason for delaying the project earlier in the year.
- Sees strong value in mentorship, legal guidance, and learning the recruitment process, especially for international recruitment and immigration compliance.
- First time coming across Abu Musa and the recruitment agency opportunity.
Financial Qualification
- Currently self-employed through his consultancy business but not yet achieving the level of financial freedom he wants.
- Looking to generate approximately £3,000–£4,000 per month from a recruitment agency.
- Aware that international recruitment may require significant investment and estimated startup costs could be substantial.
- Could not afford the £3,000–£5,000 program fee upfront.
- Indicated that a payment plan of approximately £400–£500 per month may be possible, subject to reviewing his finances.
- Has four children and needs to carefully assess affordability before making a commitment.
- Financial qualification: Moderate (payment plan potentially viable).

Syed Muzammil Followup | abab698@yahoo.com | +447586609161 | Wed Jun 24 11:00 AM | Hassan | Yasir | - | Previously purchased Abu Musa's recruitment course several years ago (likely 2021–2022) but lost access and was unable to reconnect with the team. Primary reason for opting in was to regain access to the original course content but he was looking for a complete support system to help him place the team so convinced him for the full mentorship program.
HIGH familiarity with Abu Musa and the recruitment model, having followed his content since the early social media days. Understands the recruitment industry and is interested in the more leveraged model involving systems, outsourced teams, and call-center-based operations rather than personally handling all recruitment activity.
Main motivation is building an additional scalable income stream that can eventually operate with minimal day-to-day involvement, similar to his approach toward forex trading. Currently involved in forex/day trading. Believes mentorship, industry expertise, and guidance are more valuable than simply working hard without direction. Interested in learning the specific systems, team structures, outsourcing processes, and operational setup used within Abu Musa's model.
Time availability is no longer an obstacle and is willing to dedicate the necessary effort when ready to move forward. Financially open-minded and did not express resistance to investment, stating that value and clarity of the offer would determine commitment rather than a fixed budget. Responded positively to the enhanced mentorship, coaching support, and client guarantee.
HIGH INTEREST in the business model and support structure, but immediate priority is regaining course access and understanding the updated program.
BOOKED: Strategy call with Yasir tomorrow at 12:00 PM.

Warm Lead (Financially Constrained)Ryan is highly engaged, attended both masterclasses, believes in the program’s value, and is interested in joining. His only significant barrier is affordability. Ali Hussnain Onboarding | alihussnain1650@gmail.com | +447549443243 | Mon Jun 29 1:00 PM | Hassan | Yasir | - | Currently employed full-time in the UK and approaching the end of a PSW visa, with approximately 3–4 months remaining before potentially returning to Pakistan. LOW–MED familiarity with the recruitment business model; has researched the industry, follows Abu Musa’s content, and understands the profit potential and demand for recruitment services, but lacks practical knowledge of how to launch and operate an agency successfully.
Main motivation is to build a service-based business that can generate income and provide financial stability. Has explored other business models, particularly marketing (his professional background), but views recruitment as a stronger long-term opportunity due to consistent demand and its perceived evergreen nature.
Biggest barriers are lack of a clear roadmap, uncertainty around the startup process, and needing hands-on guidance through the early stages of client acquisition and business setup. Responded very positively to the structured mentorship model, accountability, access to experienced recruitment directors, and the client guarantee.
Financially open to investing if the program demonstrates clear value and a viable path to success; indicated he would find a way to secure the investment if convinced of the opportunity.
HIGH INTEREST and highly engaged throughout the call.

Has strong industry knowledge in engineering/fabrication and a large network of contacts across UK engineering companies. Has recently started a recruitment agency (since September) and already secured early traction, including two major sheet metal fabrication clients and additional leads from a trade show.
Has strong understanding of recruitment basics due to industry exposure and experience, so HIGH familiarity with recruitment, particularly within engineering niche. Main strength is sales ability, relationship building, and domain expertise. Main challenge is time constraints due to full-time job (40–45 hours/week) and difficulty with cold calling/gatekeeper handling, despite strong email and in-person networking ability.
Primary motivation is financial freedom and lifestyle flexibility, aiming to scale recruitment business to reduce dependency on employment. Currently operating part-time and expects heavy workload for at least the next year. Open to mentorship and support, especially around cold calling, client acquisition, and business scaling systems.
Financially cautious but open to investment if ROI is clear. Did not give a fixed budget initially but became open once 3-4 monthly payment plan was mentioned. Agreed that structured mentorship and accountability could help accelerate growth.

Recently finished A-Levels (18 years old) and plans to start a recruitment agency alongside his brother, Musa (21), who previously purchased the Recruitmently course in 2021 but never fully implemented it due to university commitments.
HIGH familiarity with Abu Musa and the recruitment model, having followed the content for several years and reviewed much of the training material. Strong belief in recruitment as a legitimate and scalable business model compared to other online opportunities, citing its dual-sided nature (clients and candidates) and the importance of consistent effort.
Main motivation is financial freedom and building a profitable business during the summer period now that both brothers have completed their education. Goal is to secure at least one placement each within the next few months and prove the model works through execution. Biggest challenge identified is business development and cold calling, with lack of confidence and communication skills being the primary obstacle rather than knowledge of the model itself.
Responded very positively to the enhanced support structure, live coaching, recruitment directors, accountability, and client guarantee. Nabila Mian | nabila.mian@icloud.com | +447932683148 | Tue Jun 23 1:00 PM | Adeel | Mohammed Sulimaan | - | She has been engaged in conversation for a month. While working in a hotel, she discovered how recruitment agencies work and how they place staff. She has always wanted to work in HR, and our video motivated her to start her own recruitment agency. She even has her own team now but needs direction. She is currently making £1,100 a month part time, and her goal is to make £5k–£6k per month.
She watched our YouTube videos and was planning a meeting with a legal team to discuss building the business, legalities, and registering the business with HMRC. I mentioned that it is not complicated and she doesn't have to worry about that, as these can be done later when she has secured her first placement.
She attended the previous masterclass as well. She wanted to join the program two times this month, but something keeps coming up. Even now, she mentioned she will pay the full amount on July 20th, and she knows the price is £3k–£4k.
But I just booked her in so she doesn't get cold. She is going on holiday, but I think she can be closed now for the full payment, or at least to get a deposit. She has already given two dates to buy, so there might be some underlying concerns that can be overcome on the call. It is certain that she is really interested in buying the mentorship program.
Good lead, wants to start by end of june or starting of july once her exams end. Can commit to 1-2 hours daily. Wants to pay 1k deposit and the rest in payment plans of 500-600 pounds.
In contact, she will join masterclass & make decision after that.

Yousaf Raja | yousafraja166@gmail.com | +447868205459 | Sun Jun 21 5:00 PM | Hassan | Yasir | - | Currently a Computer Science student who recently began exploring recruitment after watching Abu Musa's content extensively over the past month. HIGH engagement with the content, having watched nearly all available videos and already taken action by making cold calls and attempting to start a recruitment agency within the last few days.
HIGH familiarity with recruitment. Main motivation is financial freedom and building a successful recruitment agency like Abu Musa's.
Strongly attracted to recruitment because it appears simpler. Has already started outreach efforts but is facing challenges with candidate sourcing and access to job boards, as well as uncertainty around handling different client objections.
HIGH INTEREST - Looking for guidance on both business development (client acquisition) and candidate sourcing, including practical execution and industry best practices. Responded positively to the mentorship structure, accountability, coaching access, and client guarantee, and believes the support would help accelerate progress. Financially open to investing in mentorship if the value and support justify the cost, and did not show resistance after hearing the £3k–£5k range.
BOOKED: Strategy call with Yasir today at 5:00 PM.

Syed Muzammil | abab698@yahoo.com | +447586609161 | Sat Jun 20 12:00 PM | Hassan | Yasir | - | Previously purchased Abu Musa's recruitment course several years ago (likely 2021–2022) but lost access and was unable to reconnect with the team.

MED familiarity with recruitment; understands that recruitment involves connecting employers with candidates and earning commission on successful placements but lacks clarity on how to start and execute independently. Has been following recruitment-related content for several months and is attracted to the industry's earning potential and scalability.

Strong desire to help others access employment opportunities while achieving financial freedom, flexibility, and long-term business ownership. Biggest barriers have been time constraints due to full-time employment and uncertainty around the practical steps required to launch a recruitment agency. Open to starting part-time alongside current employment and comfortable committing 1–2 hours daily to grow the business.
Responded positively to the mentorship program, structured support, access to experienced recruiters, accountability systems, and client guarantee. Demonstrated HIGH INTEREST throughout the call and expressed strong enthusiasm about moving forward. Financially capable of investing £3k–£5k.

Spoke with Tasbia. Currently working as an Analytical Engineer. Recently graduated from university (last September) and is early in their career. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and has actively explored multiple side-income/business models including dropshipping, stock trading, and property-related deals, but none have been successful.
Has previously experienced financial loss in online “investment” schemes (around £600–£800 lost through a scam in stock-related activity), which has made them more cautious and focused on credibility and legitimacy when evaluating new opportunities. LOW–MEDIUM familiarity with recruitment business model.
Main motivation is to build a reliable side income stream alongside full-time employment, rather than immediately replacing their job. Specifically looking for something scalable that can be built part-time (around 1–2 hours per day). Emphasised interest in structure, clarity, and proof that the model “actually works” due to past negative experiences with dropshipping saturation and scams. Strong preference for a guided, step-by-step roadmap with measurable outcomes and return on investment. Responded positively to the idea of accountability, structured guidance, and a defined process for generating ROI.
Financially NOT in a position to make immediate investment decisions. Recently started a new job and also has upcoming financial commitments related to postgraduate/master’s studies (mentioned needing to allocate funds for that). While she expressed that the program (estimated £3k–£5k range) would not be possible currently since she has to start Masters (Has to spend £1-2K there) but was open to 4-5 monthly payment plan.

Currently an IT student and exploring digital marketing while looking for opportunities to create an additional income stream. Has no corporate or recruitment experience and considers himself to be starting from scratch.
LOW familiarity with the recruitment business model; has been seeing and casually following Abu Musa’s content and ads for the past 3–4 months but had never seriously considered taking action until recently.
Main motivation is achieving financial freedom, building a flexible remote business, and creating a side income that could eventually become a full-time opportunity. Interested in combining his IT and digital marketing knowledge with recruitment and sees potential in solving employment-related problems through online channels.
Biggest barriers are lack of experience, lack of confidence in execution, limited financial resources, and uncertainty about how to start and acquire clients. Currently unemployed, living off savings, and awaiting the outcome of CPC training that may lead to employment.
Responded positively to the idea of mentorship, structured guidance, accountability, live support, and client acquisition assistance. Strongly engaged throughout the call, asked questions about startup costs, lead generation, and program delivery, and showed genuine curiosity about the business model.
Interested in the opportunity but price-sensitive; unable to afford a £3k–£5k upfront investment, though indicated that a monthly installment plan of approximately £500 would be more manageable.
HIGH INTEREST, motivated by guidance and flexibility, but constrained by finances and lack of experience.

MED familiarity with the recruitment business model; attended the full two-day masterclass, found it valuable, and stated that it increased interest in the opportunity. Main motivation is achieving financial freedom and building a business that offers flexibility and independence. Has been considering starting a business for the past 2–3 years but has not yet taken action due to multiple concerns.

Responded positively to the mentorship structure, accountability, roadmap, client acquisition support, and client guarantee. Open to guidance and believes support with sales and business development would be highly beneficial.

BOOKED: 11th June at 1PM with Shahriyar
Previously worked in healthcare recruitment and is currently not employed, with income supported through property investments. HIGH familiarity with recruitment compared to most leads, having direct recruitment experience and a strong desire to return to the industry.
Main motivation is financial freedom and building a full-time recruitment business. Target income is ambitious (£20k–£30k/month) and believes recruitment is a natural fit due to prior experience and transferable skills.
Biggest challenge is a perceived knowledge gap around running a recruitment business independently. Looking for structure, mentorship, and guidance on the operational side of building and scaling an agency.
Responded positively to the mentorship program, roadmap, accountability, and client guarantee. Financially comfortable with the quoted investment range (£3k–£5k) and confirmed it would be feasible if the program makes sense.

MED familiarity with recruitment; understands the relationship-building, client communication, and consultative aspects through his customer service background and feels these skills would transfer naturally into recruitment.
Has been considering starting a business for some time and explored AI-related opportunities earlier this year but feels recruitment is a better fit because it aligns with his preference for speaking with people, building relationships, and being actively engaged rather than spending long hours behind a computer.
Main motivation is to transition away from customer service, gain greater career flexibility, and build something of his own before reaching long-term personal and financial goals. Biggest barrier has been work-related burnout and lack of time/mental bandwidth due to overworking in his current role, rather than a lack of interest or confidence.

Matthew Fallon | matt_fallon@hotmail.com | +447970000080 | Wed Jun 10 3:00 PM | Hassan | Yasir | - | Currently working as an IT consultant with ~8–9 years of industry experience, now exploring the idea of transitioning into building a recruitment business. LOW–MED familiarity with the recruitment business model; understands the space generally (partly through industry exposure and a friend in recruitment) but has not previously worked in or operated a recruitment business independently.
Main motivation is financial freedom and long-term flexibility, with a strong interest in eventually owning his own firm rather than continuing purely as a contractor/employee. Open to starting part-time alongside current IT consultancy work (1–2 hours per day / weekends) and gradually scaling if results are achieved.
Clear interest in recruitment specifically as a chosen business model due to familiarity and exposure, rather than actively comparing multiple business paths. Sees recruitment as a structured, straightforward model (connecting clients and candidates) with strong earning potential per placement.
Biggest barriers are upfront capital requirements and lack of clarity around execution—especially how to generate leads, acquire clients, and handle backend processes (documentation, policies, and operational setup). Responded positively to the idea of structured mentorship, step-by-step roadmap, accountability, and client acquisition support.
HIGH INTEREST in the opportunity, but cautious and seeking more clarity before committing financially (program cost discussed in the ~3–5k range). Open to proceeding if structure and support are clearly demonstrated.

Jay Miah | jaymiah.contact@gmail.com | +447432862080 | Wed Jun 10 1:00 PM | Hassan | Shahriyar | - | Currently an experienced entrepreneur with multiple business ventures and a strong background in sales, including e-commerce, dropshipping, mentorship/coaching offers, appointment setting, and closing. HIGH business acumen and commercial awareness; however, has no direct experience in the recruitment industry and is primarily seeking to understand the recruitment business model in greater depth.
Main motivation is exploration of a new business opportunity with potential for scalability and profitability. Not actively seeking financial freedom due to a lack of current success elsewhere, but rather looking to evaluate recruitment as an additional venture that could fit within his existing business portfolio and skill set.
Strong interest in understanding the operational side of recruitment, including niche selection, margins, timelines, client acquisition, candidate sourcing, contracts, systems, AI implementation, and overall business structure. Specifically wants clarity on the process, support available, financial potential, and how Recruitmently's mentorship model works before making any commitment.
Biggest barrier is not a lack of business experience, but a lack of recruitment-specific knowledge. Confident in sales, networking, business development, and execution, and believes he can fill many operational gaps himself. Looking for strategic guidance, industry-specific frameworks, and insight into how successful recruitment agencies are built and scaled.
HIGH INTEREST and commercially capable prospect. Comfortable discussing investment and did not object to the £3k–£5k program range. Open-minded, engaged throughout the call, and eager to learn more before making a decision.

Nasim Iqbal | male_nasim@yahoo.com | +447718284249 | Sat Jun 6 4:00 PM | Hassan | Shahriyar | - | Currently working in an admin officer role with prior exposure to HR/recruitment processes through university and workplace experience. LOW–MED familiarity with recruitment model; attended 1 day of a 2-day masterclass and understands the basic concept but lacks confidence to execute independently.
Main motivation is financial freedom and reducing workload, as currently working extremely long hours (70–80 hours/week across multiple jobs). Wants to transition into a single income stream that provides similar earnings with less time commitment and more long-term stability.
Biggest barriers are lack of confidence in starting alone and uncertainty around how to acquire clients/contracts in recruitment. Also needs guidance on how to structure and execute the business properly from scratch.
Responded positively to mentorship, structured roadmap, and client guarantee. Interested in understanding the step-by-step process and support system more clearly. Open to investing if clarity is provided and confidence increases.
HIGH INTEREST but still cautious; requested pricing/details via email and initially hesitant, but eventually agreed to proceed.

Corey Hammond | coreyhammond2000@gmail.com | +447588188501 | Sat Jun 6 3:00 PM | Hassan | Shahriyar | - | Currently working full-time with 10–15+ years of experience in engineering and sales, progressing into technical sales manager and group sales roles.
High intent, already active in recruitment, strong niche advantage, time-constrained but serious operator.

Mohammad Rahman | rimo007@hotmail.co.uk | +447891027816 | Sat Jun 6 2:00 PM | Sauban | Mohammed Sulimaan | - | He initially signed up for the masterclass, but didn’t get a chance to properly watch it as he had his kids to look after, so he came into the conversation without much real understanding of the recruitment model itself. He was mainly exploring recruitment as a way to make quick money and not put the effort in.
Most of his recent background has been taxi work, and he has also been off on paternity leave for the last few months, so he is not in a strong position operationally or financially right now.
He bought a property-flip course discounted at £2k, not £14k. He ended up refunding it because once he got inside, it demanded a couple of hours a day from him, which he was not able to commit to. That raised a red flag, because recruitment would also require consistent time, and effort to being with.
Financially, he also has no savings at present so overall not a good fit at this stage. Too much uncertainty financially, not enough understanding of the model yet.
-
Prospect came in warm from a Facebook ad. Halal income angle was the hook that got him to sign up.
- •Shared a bad past experience buying a 14K property-flipping course under pressure. Trust is fragile here.
- •Raised partner approval as a condition before deciding.

- Budget expectation was initially £1k–£2k.
- After hearing the program costs £3k–£5k, confirmed he has access to the funds if it makes sense.
- Lives independently, suggesting financial responsibility and decision-making autonomy.
Time Qualification
- Can dedicate around 4 hours per day to building the business.
- Has been considering starting an agency for about 3 months.
- Booked in with a recruitment director for 1 PM UK time.
Overall Details & Likely Objections
- Recently graduated and currently works as a CAD Designer.
- Wants to help job seekers because he personally struggled finding work.
- Main motivation is to eventually become self-employed and replace his current income.
- Main challenges are lack of motivation and being overworked.
- New to Abu Musa and recruitment in general; looking for guidance and structure.
Likely Objections:
- Wants to review information before making a decision.
- May question the value since he originally expected a lower investment.
- Has limited recruitment knowledge and may need reassurance about getting started.
Lead Quality: Medium-High. Has time, access to capital, and genuine interest, but will need confidence in the opportunity and program value.

Nawfal Mazrui | nawfalmazrui@gmail.com | +447796864420 | Sat Jun 6 11:00 AM | Hassan | Mohammed Sulimaan | - | Had the call with Nawfal, good brother. He purchased the Recruitmently course around 3 years ago, so there is already familiarity and some level of buy-in, but this call was more around whether he is ready to properly re-engage and do it with coaching and accountability rather than trying to piece things together alone.
Main objection was around method. He felt unsure and pushed back on cold calling / emailing being effective, as in his mind LinkedIn lead generation and automation is the better route forward. I broke down to him that all channels can work well if you genuinely turn up and execute them consistently, and that the issue is less about the channel itself and more about the operator behind it. I also helped open his mind to the earning potential in recruitment even from only 2–3 focused hours per day, which he struggled to fully grasp given he is currently doing 40–50 hours a week in lead gen. My read is that he is not really seeing the success he wants there, which is why recruitment is now looking more attractive to him.
He did still feel unsure on a few things, but I did my best to cover those thoroughly. I also sold the angle that if he continues doing lead gen whilst offering recruitment services into those same businesses, that could set him up very well long term. He also had concerns around how we would help him outsource parts of the business down the line, which I addressed on the call.
Price did not seem to be the real issue. He did not show concern around paying the additional £2k on top of the course access he already had. He also mentioned that because he already paid for the course, he could just go through it himself and try to make it work alone, but I shut that down straight away as it contradicted the actual reason for the call, which was that he is specifically looking for coaching, support and weekly mentorship rather than just content.
Overall, good call. He expressed that he would like to get started as soon as, but is still sitting with a bit of uncertainty that needs resolving fully before moving. Follow-up booked for Monday evening for final decision, and I let him know I would send over the Fathom summary so he has all of the key points discussed on the call.
Discussed with Melih and informed him that he will get a discount and the final payment will come around to be 2K. Wanted a payment plan of 4 months.

Cannot invest 3-5K since she's working at the moment but open to investing £500-2K initially by taking money from husband and paying the rest as soon as she gets clients.
BOOKED: Saturday, 6th June at 11AM with Shahriyar
Currently working as a software engineer in the UK and has been exploring business opportunities for the last 3–4 months. Main objective is to start a company that could eventually support self-sponsorship/visa requirements, while also creating additional income and long-term financial freedom. Initially considered starting an IT/software company but has run into challenges around company setup and sponsorship requirements, so is exploring alternative business models.
Has some awareness of recruitment agencies through his own experience being approached by recruiters and understands the basic concept of matching employers with candidates. Has seen Musa's content and profile but is LOW–MEDIUM familiarity overall with the recruitment business model. Did not attend the masterclass due to other commitments and requested the recording.
Main motivation is securing his future in the UK through business ownership, with financial freedom being a secondary driver. Realistic about business growth and does not expect significant profits immediately, stating he would be satisfied initially if the business could at least recover its investment. Reacted positively when hearing about recruitment margins and placement fees.
MEDIUM–HIGH. Open-minded, engaged throughout the call, and sees recruitment as a potentially attractive option but needs to review the training materials first.

Also has hands-on exposure to the recruitment industry through working with a recruitment company and has observed the commission structure and earning potential firsthand. MEDIUM–HIGH familiarity with the recruitment model (self-rated 8/10), with a solid understanding of candidate sourcing and recruitment operations, but limited experience in client acquisition and business development.
Main motivation is financial freedom and building an additional income stream that can eventually replace employment income. Recognizes the strong earning potential within recruitment after seeing agency commissions firsthand and believes it offers a viable path toward greater income and long-term independence. Also mentioned an interest in helping candidates find opportunities and supporting others in achieving their career goals.
Works remotely and stated he has significant flexibility to commit time to the business.
Financial goal: would consider transitioning away from employment once earning approximately £3k–£4k per month consistently from recruitment.
Reacted positively to the mentorship model, structured roadmap, accountability, client acquisition support, and client guarantee. Comfortable with the suggested investment range (£3k–£5k) if the program delivers the support and outcomes discussed.
HIGH INTEREST. Already understands the recruitment industry, has realistic expectations, clear goals, and a specific problem (client acquisition) that aligns closely with the support being offered.

Main motivation for enquiring was to create an additional income stream and achieve greater financial freedom alongside his existing self-employed work.
No prior recruitment agency experience, but HIGH familiarity with the recruitment model from a candidate perspective. Explained that recruitment agencies are very common in the UK and that he has dealt with recruiters himself when seeking employment opportunities. Rated his familiarity with recruitment at approximately 8/10.
Had not previously followed Abu Musa or consumed much of his content. Biggest challenge identified was a lack of guidance, structure, and confidence in taking the first step. Repeatedly stated that he is looking for a roadmap and support to understand how the business works, as he sees starting a business as a significant decision and wants clarity on the process before committing. Responded positively when mentorship, accountability, structured training, and support systems were discussed. Confirmed that allocating 1–2 hours per day would not be an issue.
Responded positively to the mentorship programme, structured roadmap, weekly accountability, and client guarantee. Confirmed that these forms of support would be beneficial and aligned with what he is seeking.
Overall demonstrated **HIGH INTEREST** throughout the call. Informed that programm ranges between £3,000-£5,000. When asked directly about affordability, confirmed that the investment would be manageable if the programme made sense and could genuinely help him achieve his goals.

Imran . | imranquruk@yahoo.co.uk | +447970193091 | Thu Jun 4 12:00 PM | Hassan | Mohammed Sulimaan | - | Attended Masterclass.
His main concern is he wants to do it only if there is no Riba or insurance involved; he wants to do a business which is fully halal, and he has even watched a lot of content.
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
Used to do IT, worked on contracts... got redundancy... did some customer service roles, and now does some security work on and off.
His goal is to start making at least £2k per month.
He is not earning much but actually he has savings & is now thinking about making some investments, watching different Muslim communities.
He is also inspired by Yasir and Shahriyar (he attended the masterclass).
He is aware that the mentorship fee is £4k pounds.
He already pulled out money from his pension for a potential investment, and it should be with him within 1-2 days.
One other point: he argued with a supervisor because he went for Jummah without informing him, so he has the pain of doing jobs, which could be the reason he really wants to do it.
Spoke with Imran. Currently working two customer service jobs (previously 24 years in IT for the government). Has family responsibilities (2 children) and a busy schedule, which prevented him from attending the masterclass. Has prior experience investing in online business models (Shopify, Amazon FBA) but did not proceed due to concerns around lack of guidance and religious (halal/interest-related) issues.
Has been interested in starting his own business for a long time. Recently explored recruitment after seeing others succeed and is drawn to it as a potentially halal, people-focused business. Strong networking ability — knows a wide range of people, confident in relationship-building, and sees this as his core strength.
Main concerns: wants clarity on the model, needs proper guidance/mentorship, and wants to ensure the business is fully halal and aligned with his values. Also cautious due to past experiences with paid programs that didn’t deliver.
Time commitment: Flexible — willing to dedicate 1–2+ hours daily (or more if needed), can deprioritize second job if opportunity proves worthwhile. Prefers Fridays/Saturdays for calls and learning.
Financials: Has access to funds (~$3k–$5k range) but would need about a week to liquidate. Open to investing if convinced of value and alignment.
Intent level: MODERATE — strong underlying desire and alignment (income + halal + flexibility), but wants to review content first before committing to a strategy call. Needs trust-building and validation.
NEXT STEP: Follow-up via WhatsApp. Send resources/videos. Prospect will review and revert. Plan to reconnect Friday and potentially book strategy call for Saturday.

Iftekhar Mullani | iftekhar-mullani@hotmail.co.uk | +447908086814 | Wed Jun 3 5:00 PM | Faraz | Yasir | - | Lead Notes – Carl (Insurance Professional)
Lead Background
- Currently works in the insurance industry.
- Interested in moving into recruitment because he has strong industry knowledge and understands what insurance companies look for when hiring.
- Believes he could successfully recruit for insurance roles due to existing network and expertise.
- Mentioned insurance salaries typically range from £40k–£120k+, making the niche attractive.
Feedback on Masterclass
- Very positive overall feedback.
- Described the masterclass as very good and impressive.
- Felt Abu Musa shared valuable insights and "gems."
- Recognized that the masterclass intentionally withheld some information that would be available inside the paid program.
Main Objection
Not a belief issue — a business model issue.
- Repeatedly stated that he believes the program could work and is suitable for him.
- His concern is not whether recruitment works, but rather how the program is monetized.
- Expected a profit-sharing / partnership model instead of a traditional educational program.
- Suggested he would have been more comfortable with:
- Revenue share arrangement
- Performance-based compensation
- Program earning from student success rather than upfront fees
Skepticism Around Courses
- Has purchased and gone through multiple online courses before.
- Compared the offer to other:
- Amazon FBA courses
- Online business coaching programs
- "Come join my course" business models
- Became cautious once the offer transitioned from education to paid enrollment.
- Concerned about:
- Paying £3.5k–£4k upfront
- No guaranteed outcome
- Risk of not generating placements after investing
Financial Situation
- Financial concern exists but is secondary to the business model concern.
- Mentioned:
- Mortgage obligations
- Household expenses
- Approximate income around £3,500/month
- Roughly £2,000/month committed to mortgage and bills
- Upfront payments felt difficult to justify.
Response to Installments
- More receptive when informed about installment options.
- Said £500/month sounds significantly more manageable.
- Did not commit based solely on installment plans.
- Reiterated that trust in the model remains the bigger concern.
Concerns Raised
- Market saturation concerns.
- Questioned whether increasing numbers of students create more competition.
- Wants evidence that the model works beyond the educational content.
- Looking for stronger proof of outcomes and support mechanisms.
Interest in Support Structure
Was particularly interested when discussing:
- Mentorship
- Accountability coaches
- Live weekly support calls
- Client guarantee
- Community collaboration opportunities
- Candidate/job sharing within the community
- Direct access to mentors
Asked specific questions about:
- Accountability
- How mentors support members
- Whether support is proactive or member-driven
Call Outcome
- Became more open throughout the conversation.
- Agreed that speaking with someone who completed the program and built a successful agency could help answer his concerns.
- Accepted meeting with senior director.

[10:36 PM]
Our*. I gave him benefit of the doubt as I had another call after him. Asked Steven when he wants to reschedule but no response.
Watched the roadmap video.
BOOKED: Tuesday, 2nd June at 7PM UK time with Shahriyar.
Currently working in retail/customer-facing roles and has been exploring alternative business opportunities for “quite a while now.” Feels his current work is taking up too much of his time and energy without providing meaningful long-term benefit to himself personally. Main motivation is TIME FREEDOM first and foremost, with the longer-term goal of transitioning into something more sustainable.
No prior recruitment experience and LOW familiarity with the recruitment industry overall. Only recently came across Abu Musa’s. Specifically mentioned preferring direction/resources that point him toward the right path so he can independently apply and test concepts himself.
Has experimented with dropshipping. Shared that he achieved success with it initially through self-learning on YouTube. However, the business ultimately failed because he lacked the upfront capital/cash flow to fulfill increasing order volume. Main thing that stands out to him about recruitment is the sales and communication side. Feels his retail/customer service background has naturally helped him develop people skills. Mentioned his current job consumes a lot of his time, but he could still be willing to dedicate whatever hours are necessary to make the business work if he believed in the opportunity.
Interested in learning more about the business model and responded positively to the structured roadmap, mentorship. Wanted a more “in-depth analysis” before making any informed decision and agreed to review further educational material first before progressing.
After hearing the £3k–£5k program range, he admitted that amount would NOT currently be realistic for him. However, he became more receptive when monthly installment/payment plan options were mentioned and said it could “possibly” be doable if everything made sense and the opportunity felt right.

- Has a strong interest in business, entrepreneurship, B2B/B2C sales, mindset, and building long-term assets.
- Has explored other business models in the past, including dropshipping and other online opportunities.
- Previously worked in a sales environment part-time for around 4 years, giving her experience with communication, persuasion, and sales conversations.
Goals & Motivation
- Looking to build a long-term income stream alongside her tech career.
- Interested in creating sustainable assets and generating additional income rather than relying solely on employment.
- Wants a business model that can be run part-time with clear ROI potential.

- Believes that within 6 months she could realistically secure 1–2 permanent placements and potentially some contractor placements if she started now.
- Describes herself as a strong communicator, a people’s person, and someone capable of building relationships and convincing others.
Financials
- Recently started a new job and is still settling into her financial situation.
- Received her first paycheck but had previously been scammed out of over £1,000 by someone she trusted, which significantly impacted her finances.
- Has ongoing expenses and outgoing commitments, limiting her ability to invest immediately.
- Stated that she had originally intended to invest around £1,000 into opportunities like this before being scammed.

- Open to discussing flexible payment plan options but did not commit financially during the conversation.
- Current financial readiness is the main obstacle to enrollment.

- Initially felt recruitment may be more suitable in approximately 6 months once she is more financially stable and settled into her new role.

Next Steps

- Prospect is interested in discussing:
- How the program works in greater detail.
- Whether recruitment can realistically fit around her current commitments.
- Flexible payment plan options.
- The best route forward given her current financial situation.
- Overall disposition is positive and receptive. Strong potential fit from a mindset, skills, and commitment perspective, with finances being the primary factor preventing immediate enrollment.

Follow-up call Saturday 6PM (post-Eid period) after reviewing roadmap video.

- Strong network in the QSR industry and senior leadership hiring; confident in finding clients/candidates for director and VP-level roles.

Mohamed Alom | mohamed.alom545@gmail.com | +447377832271 | Tue Jun 2 1:00 PM | Yahya | Mohammed Sulimaan | - | call with Mohamed Alom went alright, suspected it would come down to the finances and him being uncertain due to unemployment.
he has 4k saved but being unemployed with a wife and kids, he is holding onto that money for dear life. made it clear to him what we offer and that our program is not a membership, but a lifetime commitment for lifetime support and mentorship. main focus of the call was giving him clarity that it's possible he can make 10-15k a month easily which was difficult for him to fathom. Even having watched the masterclass, he was still unsure on a few things regarding running the agency.
addressed the uncertainty and the financial objection with him, and he requested if the 1000x4 could broken down into 6 if possible. i asked that would be a conversation i can have with Abu Musa to organise a case by case, but he still said i wouldn't promise straight away I would say yes if you're able to provide an instalment plan.
Scheduled a follow up with him on Friday at 3pm after jummah to see where he's at.

Notes for Consultant
Muhammad is engaged, attended both sessions, and has already researched recruitment independently. His main barrier is not lack of interest but the need for certainty around value, mentorship support, and financial risk. Given that he is currently unemployed and supporting two children, expect a cautious decision-making process focused on ROI, support, and practical implementation.
Ashley Luke Onboarding | Ashleyluke4900@gmail.com | +447984445956 | Mon Jun 1 8:00 PM | Hassan | Yasir | - | Watched majority of the roadmap youtube video of Abu Musa. Believes the mentorship would benefit him. Said 2-3 monthly instalments would be more ideal for him instead of a lump sum.
BOOKED: Thursday, 21st May at 8P UK time with Yasir.
Spoke with Ashley. Currently working in property sourcing/real estate on a commission-only basis and mentioned income is inconsistent depending on deals and property finds. Has only been doing this for a few months and is currently looking for something more stable and scalable long term. Wants to initially start recruitment part time while transitioning into it full time later if successful.
LOW familiarity with the recruitment business model. Has seen Abu Musa’s content occasionally on YouTube and Instagram but admitted he did not really understand what the business model was or how it worked before the call. Main motivation for signing up was curiosity and wanting to learn more about recruitment as a potential business opportunity. Mentioned that recruitment stood out because “there’s money to be made” and companies are always hiring staff.
Has been thinking about starting a side business for “quite a few months.” Biggest obstacle is lack of knowledge, structure, and guidance. Repeatedly emphasized wanting a blueprint, mentor, roadmap, and a step-by-step process to follow from someone already successful in the industry. Responded positively to the idea of mentorship, accountability, client guarantee, and structured support.
Feels current work situation is not providing long-term consistency or stability. Income goal is around £3k/month consistently from recruitment in order to replace current income and move into recruitment full time. Mentioned he is willing to put in “as much time as necessary” and confirmed 1–2 hours daily / 10+ hours weekly would be feasible in his current situation.
Asked directly about pricing and was informed the mentorship program ranges between £3k–£5k depending on level of support. Reacted calmly to pricing and stated that if everything made sense and aligned with his goals, the investment “should be feasible.” Did not show major resistance to the financial side.
Follow-up call for tomorrow around 10:30 AM after reviewing the resources/video.

Sadia Khurshid Onboarding | khurshid_sadia@yahoo.com | +447462952026 | Mon Jun 1 5:00 PM | Hassan | Shahriyar | - | Has watched the roadmap video. Biggest hesitation is operational complexity and administrative burden. Repeatedly expressed concerns about paperwork, compliance, documentation, company setup, policies, contracts, invoicing, payroll, and overall business structure. Compared recruitment to her childcare business, where regulatory requirements, policies, inspections, and administrative responsibilities create ongoing stress.
Strong preference for a structured, franchise-like approach where templates, systems, processes, forms, training, and guidance are already provided. Referenced a previous tuition-centre franchise opportunity that appealed to her because all documentation, training, processes, and support were supplied, reducing uncertainty and administrative workload.
BOOKED: Today at 5PM with Shahriyar
Hasn't watched the video yet. Will followup again at 3PM UK today
Currently running their own business in the childcare sector (daycare/nursery) but reports that performance has been “average” and not generating strong income. Also mentioned having exposure to Abu Musa's content for over a year, mainly through watching videos on Instagram. LOW familiarity with recruitmen.
Main motivation is financial freedom and generating an additional income stream alongside her current business. Specifically interested in doing something flexible and remote that can be managed part-time alongside existing commitments and occasional travel.
Expressed uncertainty and hesitation due to lack of confidence and fear of “scam-like” or high-cost programs without clear value. VStated they need guidance “from scratch” (A to Z). Strong preference for mentorship, structured learning, and step-by-step support rather than self-directed learning.
Responded positively to the idea of mentorship, structured roadmap, and ongoing support/accountability. Showed openness to learning more after reviewing educational material before making a decision.
Financial objection present: concerned about paying a program fee (mentioned range of £3K–£5K) without guaranteed outcomes or clear ROI but she confirmed that it is doable.
