EOD
End of Day report — what each closer submits at the end of their day (calls taken, offers, closes, mood/energy). Self-reported, used as a cross-check.
GHL
GoHighLevel — the CRM and booking tool. The trusted source for who booked and who showed.
CRM
Customer records system (GoHighLevel). Where bookings, attendance, and outcomes live.
Closer
The rep who runs the sales call and tries to close the deal.
RAG
Red / Amber / Green status. Green = on target, amber = worth watching, red = below target, grey = no target or no data.
Booked
Calls booked in the period (from the calendar/CRM), whether or not they've happened yet.
Due so far
Booked calls whose scheduled time has already passed (or that already showed/no-showed). The denominator for Show % — future-booked calls aren't counted until their time comes.
Show %
Of the calls due so far, the share where the prospect showed up — counted from the calendar/CRM, not the closer's End of Day report.
Offer %
Of calls that showed, the share where the closer reported making an offer. From End of Day reports (self-reported).
Close %
Of calls that showed, the share that became a paid close.
Collection %
Cash collected as a share of revenue generated. 100% means everything billed has been collected.

Money actually received from clients this period (from paid closed-won deals).
Revenue
Total deal value generated this period, whether or not it's all been collected yet.
